Who can order from Magic Mushrooms Dispensary?
Anyone in Canada who is 19+ may place an order. We do not sell to minors.
Do you ship outside Canada?
No. We currently ship coast to coast within Canada only. We do not ship to the United States or internationally.
How do I become a member?
Creating an account is easy and free. You must be at least 19 years of age and live in Canada.
Do I need ID to place an order?
Yes. Age verification is required. You can upload or email a government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s licence or passport, and you may cover everything except your name and date of birth. Once verified, you won’t need to submit it again. If age verification is not completed or you are underage, the order will be canceled and refunded.
Is everything safe and lab tested?
We pride ourselves on our reputation to consistently and reliably deliverer high-grade magic mushrooms and shroom-infused products to our members. Our members rely on us to deliver top quality products at the best prices in a safe and discreet manner.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders over $125 qualify for free expedited shipping with tracking number. Orders under $125 are charged a flat $19 shipping fee.
How are orders packaged?
All orders are shipped in discreet, non-descript packaging. Packages are vacuum-sealed, securely packed, and sent in plain mailers or boxes to help protect privacy and product freshness.
Will I get tracking information?
Yes. Orders are shipped using a traceable method and include tracking information.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are shipped using express shipping services, and delivery times depend on your location. Orders placed before 1pm PST Monday to Friday will be ship the same day. Shipping to major centers usually takes 2-4 business days and rural locations 3-5 business days. Shipping couriers does not ship on weekends and holidays.

How do I pay for my order?
At this time we accept Interac e-Transfers from Canadian banks. If you need more information on sending an Email Money Transfer, check Interac help page. We do not accept PayPal unfortunately or credit cards at the moment.
What happens if I do not pay in time?
Orders that remain unpaid after 48 hours are automatically canceled and cannot be moved back into processing.
What happens if payment is sent after an order is canceled?
If payment is received after an order has already been canceled, the order will remain canceled and a store credit will be issued instead of a refund.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled before they ship by contacting support as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.
Do you offer refunds or replacements?
Refunds, store credits, replacements, and other resolutions are reviewed case by case by the management team.
How long do I have to report an issue?
All refund requests and customer concerns must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after 7 days are not eligible.
What if I receive a defective product?
If you believe a product is defective, contact support within 7 days. The issue will be reviewed, and when appropriate, a store credit or replacement product may be provided.
Is my personal information safe?
The site states that customer information is handled using physical, administrative, and technical safeguards. It also states that personal information is not sold.
What information do you collect?
